Payment & Shipping

Is VAT included in prices quoted and are there any hidden charges?

Yes VAT is already included at the Cyprus rate of 19% and there are no hidden charges! You only pay for your product and delivery.

How is payment processed and who handles my card details?

We conduct all payment transactions via Stripe. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Apple / Google Pay. This way your payment is secure, and we never even get to see your bank details or any personal payment information. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Cyprus EU but should you want to contact us regarding international shipping please email us at [email protected]

What are the shipping charges and how will my order be delivered?

We use a local, fast and reliable courier service which is insured, includes a tracking number so you can trace your package. Your package will be delivered to a pick up point that is most convenient for you, or we can arrange home delivery for a small additional fee. Please make sure that you provide your full delivery address and a local mobile number as our courier requires this in order to complete delivery.

I have placed my order and completed the payment process, what happens now?

We are working on preparing your order! If the delivery address is missing something or the phone number you have provided is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed the next working day, or at least within two working days unless otherwise stated on our confirmation email. You will then be notified you when your order is on its way!

Can I exchange or return my purchase?

We want you to be happy with your order, so if for any reason you need to return an item, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your items to arrange an exchange. Please do not send us the item back without at first emailing us, or your return may not get processed!

Merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent to you with the same labels and packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice too. We cannot make  exchanges for goods that have been damaged in any way or that the packaging has been opened. We will not be able to exchange returned items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

The item and the cost of returning it to us is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the item back using a secure postage or our courier service. This way you will be able to check when it has been received by us. Exchanges and refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned items.
